PIERCING REQUIREMENTS

 

ALL CLIENTS MUST:

• Bring valid ID: State issued ID, Military ID, Tribal ID or Passport

SAME DAY APPOINTMENT’S AND WALK-IN’S WHEN AVAILABLE.

MINOR PIERCINGS:

• 10 & up for lobes. Please contact us to discuss children’s piercings before booking. Via email or phone call.

• 14 & up for most piercings.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR MINORS

• State issued ID, birth certificate, Insurance card and documentation for legal guardian. A school I.D. will work as long as a birth certificate or any legal document has the minors birthdate and parent/legal guardian name on it.

• Legal guardian MUST be present and have: State issued ID, birth certificate, Insurance card and documentation for legal guardian.
